Limitations

What May Not Be Covered

Some conditions are outside the control of the installer. Damage caused by misuse, structural movement, moisture problems, impact damage, harsh chemicals, improper cleaning or changes to the concrete after installation may not be covered.

• Concrete movement, cracking or settling
• Moisture or vapour issues from the slab
• Damage from dragging sharp or heavy objects
• Damage from chemicals, abuse or improper maintenance
• Normal wear based on use and traffic

Care

Care & Maintenance

To help protect your floor, clean spills promptly, avoid abrasive tools, use soft cleaning pads where possible and avoid dragging heavy objects across the surface. Furniture pads and proper maintenance help extend the life and appearance of the finish.

Project Terms

Booking, Access & Site Readiness

Before installation, the project area should be cleared, accessible and ready for preparation. Scheduling, deposits, cure times, site conditions and final scope should be confirmed before the project begins.
